The College invites applications for the role of Director of Teaching and Learning (7-12) to commence in January 2027. Reporting directly to the Principal and a member of the College Executive Team, this exceptional opportunity will appeal to an educational leader with a proven record of achievement in senior leadership roles within high-expectations, values-driven school cultures.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience and the capacity to work collaboratively to:
Drive data-informed and evidence-based practices that enhance student learning outcomes and academic achievement
Lead curriculum development, pedagogical innovation and continuous improvement that supports rigour and strong engagement in learning
Build staff capability by fostering a culture of high performance, professional growth, and excellence
Strengthen a connected College community through positive, collaborative, and purpose-driven relationships
