Leadership Program For Groups

The Leadership Programs can be delivered to small groups (6 to 14 people) or larger groups (up to 30). Content is always tailored to specific objectives based on the context and can be delivered in half day or full day blocks.

It is a dynamic and interactive program covering:

  • Enhancing communication skills; understanding your own style and how to work with others

  • Dealing with conflict and having difficult conversations

  • Managing change and creating resilience

  • Managing teams for increased performance; building trust and measuring outcomes

The Leadership Program is designed with targeted outcomes to:

 Leadership Program For Individuals

Content is specifically specifically for individual participants and can cover a range of topics including:

  •   Communication mastery

  • Delegating

  •   Dealing with conflict

  •   Managing change

  •   Measuring your impact

  •   Sustaining yourself for the long term

  •   Career planning

Each topic includes homework on specific action based learning undertaken by the participant. 

Typically, the program is delivered in 2 hour sessions over a three month period and can be delivered via zoom.

 Coaching For Career Performance

This coaching program is tailored to the individual needs of an executive, senior staff member or emerging leader to further develop their potential.

Through structured conversations, coaching identifies an individual’s strengths and challenges and helps guide their thinking and behaviour.

Coaching can be used for any issue in the workplace including:

  • Overcoming a challenge

  •  Defining stretch goals and achieving peak performance 

  • Responding to feedback from 360 reviews

 Interview Preparation

Coaching to prepare for job interviews is available to candidates seeking management, executive and Board positions.  

The coaching is tailored to suit individual needs and covers:

  • How to best prepare for the interview

  • Sharpening interview skills

  • Effective interview techniques

Typically, 2 x 1 hour coaching sessions are needed to hone interview skills and make a powerful impression.
